「Warmly welcomed, staff all professional, friendly helpful. The atmosphere is peaceful, location stunning, loads to see in the area and wonderful walks. The grounds were fantastic to walk our dog , safe and secure.. plenty of wildlife. Will be even better when the Hide has been renovated . Bed was very comfortable and room spotless, food was good and well presented and breakfast was included in our deal . A very enjoyable visit , will be back soon」

「Great hotel with facilities for either exercising and lots of enclosed land for dogs to run around . Rooms are large, spacious and very clean with ample storage and fridge. Also in very good/ new condition. It was also nice to see that they allocated a nice room that was pet friendly. The bar area which allows your dogs to eat with you is also very comfy and welcoming.Great service and hearty breakfast. Would definately stay again.」

「Lovely suite with a private garden terrace. Super sandwiches for lunch outside on the terrace, we were lucky with the weather. The only disappointment was with the à la carte main course. There was very limited choice and the fish and the beef fillet were overcooked, a shame for a Michelin star restaurant but we did not complain and it took a long time for our plates to be cleared, but the desserts were great and they were having a busy day.」
