Villa Lady Maris has an age limit for young groups (25years), but if you are a responsible young person you are more than welcome to reserve this villa. House rules must be respected: there can't be wild parties in the villa or smoking, and quiet hours must be respected - from 10 pm to 8 am (reduced noise). The damage deposit will be claimed from you at your arrival in cash, and in cash will be returned to you at your departure, if everything was left in the order in the villa. Villa Lady Maris is located in nice South-East position of Slatina area only 70m from the beach, on island Čiovo connected with a bridge with famous town Trogir with great historical and cultural attractions, under UNESCO offers all needed in walking distance, mini market (200m), beach (70m), water sports, restaurants (300m), bars (200m), massage service....or you can take a nice walk to Slatine beach and the Cape Čiovo (4km) with amazing views on Split. The town Trogir is a real living museum in every sense of the word, with romantic courtyards, cultural and historical monuments, art and original architecture. You can learn a lot about the complex heritage of this city. The airport is only 11 km away, and the famous town Split is only 30 km from the villa.

There is a Finnish Sauna room with a shower and glass doors toward the pool area, a very pleasant 15 sqm room for your absolute relaxation.
