「Applebutter Inn is a breath of fresh air! The historic and cozy building is a welcome change from chain hotels. Julie is so kind and hospitable, we felt like old friends by the time we left. We were all charmed by her companion, Chiquita Banana, who is the sweetest pup you'll ever meet! Our room was immaculate and comfortable. We hope to make it back to Slippery Rock some day, and will definitely stay at Applebutter Inn again!」

「I feel the staff is excellent. They have been very helpful. The staff has been very helpful especially in my situation of being in between selling and finding a new residentence to call home. Especially having to deal with my animals as well.」

「Lovely Bed & Breakfast! Everything was clean and tidy. Very peaceful area with a heated pool. Breakfast was great. The restaurant five minutes away (Tavern on the Square) is excellent. Highly recommend staying here!」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything about our stay was great. The one thing we did not like was our bathroom. The shower floor was even with the bathroom floor, but the shower curtain was short. Since it did not go all the way down to the floor, our bathroom floor got very wet.」

「We booked for a quick overnight trip to take our son to see PPG Paints arena. The location was perfect for us. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful and gave several great options for dining and activities. We’ll definitely be back. Pictures are 100% accurate.」
