「for us it was a great location, everything is close by 」

「I was concerned by low price and “guest house” in name, I have been caught out before by some cheaper bookings in Heathrow area. However!!! I cannot fault the value of my single ensuite room! Then to top it off the Italian restaurant below was amazing. I will definitely be using again.」

「Only stayed for one night but would recommend. Room was exactly as described and good facilities with the bonus of a fully equipped (but small) kitchen. I think the people who own this property take pride in what they offer.」

「Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.」

With no clarification or support, I was left in a difficult situation and ultimately had to find alternative accommodation at short notice. 「房間清潔，但很細。離火車站大約10分鐘步程。浴室無浴露，只有小肥皂。熱水瓶內發熱線生锈。早餐只有一部殼物機自己加牛奶，一部咖啡機，再加一人一盒仔乳酪。無升降機，要行長長的樓梯，行動不方便及有大件行李者請選擇其他酒店。」
