「Tammy’s place is just as lovely as the pictures with lots of little extras. A nice comfortable place to get away with family and friends. A few minutes drive to the beach and a great location to explore other areas like Carbonear and surrounding areas. I’d highly recommend it. 」

「This was our first time renting a cottage through VRBO, and also our first time in Newfoundland. Right from the beginning our host Danielle was very friendly and helpful. We fell in love with the little cottage by the sea from the pictures, and when we got there it didn’t disappoint. The decorations were lovely, the cottage cozy and the beds were comfy. I can see it being a little difficult to get around in if someone has balance or mobility issues as it’s an older building and has uneven...

「Beautiful 'round the bay' home. There are several interesting shops and restaurants nearby, the butcher next door was really unexpected. The house is very well stocked, it is close to the road but didn't find it overly loud, loved the eclectic art.」

The sleeping is comfortable for 2 but for 4 of us we found the pull out couch uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend Oceanview to Family and Friends. Would love to come back someday. 「Do not stay here! I want it all to myself!!!What an amazing piece of heaven. I wil be coming back very soon!」

「Stunning property in a gorgeous area. We had a toddler with us, and the proximity to that sweet beach (ducks!) was perfect. So were the amenities at the property, from the kids toys to the hot tub to the spices and snacks. The house is a perfect size for 4 adults, and the art and decor is lovely and unique.」

「Enjoyed our stay here a lot. The kitchen was stocked with equipment, the rooms were comfortable, the living area was great and the view out the window was lovely. There aren’t a lot or restaurants nearby, but we were out touring so found them there. If you aren’t looking to tour, be sure to bring groceries or stop along the way. 」

「We had a wonderful stay—this property is truly a gem. The view of the cove and ocean is truly spectacular! It’s very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly at home. The space is beautifully appointed, with touchers that fit the setting tie to Newfoundland and St. Johns. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips—fully equipped and clearly prepared with care. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.」

「Wow!!! a million dollar view is way to little, it’s a billion dollar view. We had an exceptional stay. Francine made us feel so welcome, the cottage is beautifully situated overlooking conception bay. The sunsets were amazing. Waking up to the sound of waves and sea birds was so relaxing. We had our morning coffee on the deck that overlooks the wharf, and a glass of wine watching the sun set. Truly an amazing slice of paradise.Thank you so much in helping make our stay in your beautiful province...
