「The 2 sweet girls at front desk were SO HELPFUL & BEST!! Customer service that I have ever experienced staying at various hotels. I regret I am unable to remember their names.」

「The property was beautiful with some very nice sitting areas. The pool was very nice & the room quite comfortable. The hostess Vanessa was welcoming & made a lovely breakfast each day with fresh coffee, baked goods & hot food. She went above & beyond to make our stay nice. We would definitely come again. There are some great restaurants in Gonzales as well. 」

「The facility under renovation and did not mentioned when I booked it. Did not had first floor room available for senior citizens. A/C did not turn on and the room was hotter then out side temperature ( Texas outside temperature was 92 F.) We had to seek cooler temperature in Walmart for 3 hours. Broken tower rack, broken draw handles, light didn't work. Should have told me about it before I booked the room. EXPEDIA should not used unverifiable facts for it FALSE and MISLEADING ADVERTISING.」

「Curtain fell down when my wife tried to open it blinds were all busted and waited over a day before we asked to either just swap rooms or them to fix it, the pool will be closed if it’s 100° outside with one cloud in the sky because it might rain , washer and dryer do not work , four hours after we had left because we didn’t turn in the key they assumed we wanted to stay another week and charged my card $600 without my consent or even calling me I can not recommend staying here as the owner is...
