“My sister and I have always wanted to visit Smith Island. This house was perfect! Well appointed, comfortable, great location and terrific host. The golf cart was such a huge bonus. We had amazing water tours, walked, relaxed, spotted more birds than we could count. Everyone on the island was beyond friendly. Just had a wonderful time which was amplified by the great accommodations! ”

“Smith Island is remote, isolated, and a 45 minute ferry trip from Crisfield on lower Maryland's Eastern Shore.The house was recently renovated. It is very well furnished and equipt. Chris has a detailed handbook about what to expect on the island with names and phone numbers for residents who can provide services and give tours including the listing for the ferry boats. He is an engaged, conscientious and outstanding host who quickly and thoroughly responded to our questions. As a waterman……

“Amazing adventure! Peaceful! Beautiful! Privacy! Gourmet Kitchen! The house is set back from the neighborhood on a large lot. The decks are new and comfortably furnished. We cooked breakfast and dinner for 3 days and the well-equipped kitchen was perfect. Our days started and ended with gourmet meals, on the deck, emersed in the salt marsh. We explored the creeks, guts, and islands all around Ewell, Rhodes Point and Tylerton. Rich and Dani helped coordinate a private charter boat to bring our……

“Had a really relaxing week..we fished from the dock (didn't catch much but was relaxing lol). The pool was great and spent most of our days there. We had a really bad storm one evening and lost power for 12 hours. We were lucky we had flashlights and a latern in the car..may i suggest you provide one.”
