Wonderful boutique hotel! We didn't see any staff while we were there. You are just given a code to use to enter the building and your suite, but we didn't have any trouble. We loved the way the suite was designed and decorated! We stayed in the "Wall" suite that has a king bed in a loft and bunk beds, kitchen and table on the lower level. Everything was lovely. It was my husband and I and our two teenaged kids. The extra half bath upstairs was very handy with the four of us there. I would caution that the lower bunk has very little clearance above it. My son hit his head more than once getting in/out of the bunk. But we loved our stay!

The room was really clean however there was a lack of hot water for a shower at night and in the morning and bugs in the hot tub when we tried to use it at night other than that it was an excellent getaway nice warm fireplace nice shower and being downtown near restraints museums and the waterfront made everything within walking distance overall I would gladly go back again probably will in the near future

This motel was a vacant building. The doors were locked and there was no one inside causing me to get alternate accommodation. I want to be reimbursed for the money I spent on this wasted night. This sure ruined my holiday. I will make sure this fraud is brought to light.

Yes the room was spotless and the staff we spoke to were respinsive lovely
Nice bath but only got hot water 1 of 3 nights.Nice kitchen but one plate each, and one dinner fork, and 2 dessert forks, !!! Fridge too low,difficult to get at esp for seniors.Would not stay again
