「Perfect place if your looking to getaway for the weekend to unwind; Penny Lane was just the right size for a family of 4. The kids enjoyed walking to the lake for some fishing and enjoyed their time outdoors. We'll definitely be coming back to visit. Ragan and Andy were great hosts and were either a phone call away or making their rounds on the property if we needed anything. 」

「The house is very clean, cute, and well equipped. We were glad for the coffeemaker and the mini fridge, as well as the powerful AC units. The main bed was comfy, 8/10, and the bunk bed was alright, 4/10 (my only gripe). The property is beautiful, and I loved sitting out on the covered porch while it was raining. The rental is about 15 minutes from La Grange, which was nice. We had everything we needed, felt safe, and enjoyed all the pine trees. The host was also the perfect mix of communicative...

「Howdy Ranch was the perfect bookend to our summer. We wanted a weekend away to enjoy each other and be outdoors. The pond was loved by all including the dogs! The water toys (john boat, kayak and paddleboat) were great to have access to. We did a lot of front porch sitting, dock fishing, cooking on the fire pit and admiring the sunset. Disclaimer, we have no idea if the tvs work…never had a reason to turn them on! 」

"multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. "
