「Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été extrêmement décevant et je ne le recommande pas. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que l'établissement était dans un état de propreté inacceptable. La salle de bain était très mal entretenue, avec de la rouille visible dans la douche. Les draps semblaient sales et usés, et plusieurs surfaces de la chambre présentaient des traces de saleté. 「Booked and paid through Expedia. When checked in obviously had to put down security deposit. When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine.」

「This property was great (very clean) and the kitchen in the room was wonderful. Having both a fridge and a freezer was great. Room was a great size and affordable and staff was wonderful. Breakfast was also good. Great Stay.」

「There really wasn't much to like about this hotel. It is quite literally a Motel. Which can be cool. However, the room was very dirty bugs new and old all over the room, dust webs, dirty floor, and bathroom. The door and locks were not easy to work and needed replaced. There is also limited parking. In totality the Palms is in a place where they can charge $200 for a room that should be $75 due to the area and season. The owners must know this because the rooms reflect it. Will not go back!」
