“Clean room”

“We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location with easy access to everything.”

“No ice, and the sheets had hair on them and my little son had a bunch of bites on his legs from bugs in the bed in the second room. How can it be possible that the first room was a bunch of hair when the sheets were clean. And the ice issue made me uncomfortable, there wasn’t any cold water. The dining chairs full of peeling skin that even it was sticked to my clothes. These chairs *need* to be replaced they’re basically damaged. I didn’t like it a lot.”

“The staff were very helpful. There’s a shuttle that will take you within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. There’s a laundry room on the property (the front desk has quarters).”

“The cottage was well stocked with a snack basket and a super dog basket. The kitchen was stocked with all needed essentials and the parking also worked out well.”

“Sitting on the balcony any time of the day was a delight. Watching the dolphins and the beautiful views was wonderful. Most of the staff were courteous, professional, friendly and very helpful (with one exception, which is unfortunate for this otherwise great hotel).”

“Everything was great”

“Property has beach buggies with chairs and umbrellas that you can bring to the ocean. Even a cooler. The unit has a full kitchen with dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans and full size fridge and microwave. Had no issues, everything was clean and working. They gave us daily passes to the community center to use their outdoor pool, which was across the street from the ocean. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. A cvs and Walgreens less than a block away. And the burger place across the street,……

“Wish the gift shop took cash!!!!”

“Room was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, but really the worst part of our stay was the pool. We actually left a day early because apparently kids are not permitted to swim in the pool. I stayed with my two kids. I went to the office to inform them that we had guests coming to swim from 2pm to 4pm. I was told it wasn't a problem (I did say it was two kids and 1 parent). The kids were swimming. Not running, jumping or purposely splashing anyone. A different guest came……
