“This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. The "kitchen" has a small (dorm size) refrigerator/freezer, sink, griddle, microwave, a coffeepot, some cabinet storage and a counter area. Folgers coffee, coffee……

“Quiet neighborhood near Five Points. Perfect location for visiting our college student who lives nearby. Great use of a small space. I booked based on location, not knowing if my 6'4" husband would go or not. I warned him ahead about the low ceilings and he managed. Worth it for the very reasonable rate, even on a home football weekend!”

“Conditions were not as expected. Property is old and needs much improvement on the exterior and interior. Guest bathroom water did not get hot. Host was informed of many details to include pest. One TV had to be plugged out and back in each time for it to power on.
