The room card only worked once went out to go get food then when I returned to the room I was locked out and then when I went to the desk there was no attendant so I was locked out of my room for 5 hours until the attendant returned wasn’t given a refund or free night or anything

It’s a super 8 but the area was great lots to do around hotel. Staff was friendly and allowed a early check in

the place was being remodeled. the building I was in the halls smelled like rodent urine but the room didn't smell.the chairs in the room had stains all over it and the top bedding in my room had what looked like cigarette burns in it. the check in staff were nice.

I would give a 0 star if I could. I booked a room I didn’t end up needing the same day and now they’re telling me there is no way to refund it. I hope you guys enjoy that free money for your bull policies and 0 help. I have had good experiences before but I will never stay at a Super 8 again. They told me if I had just cancelled my booking 24 hours ago I could get a refund but I booked literally 6 hours ago. Manager was no help and kept hiding behind terrible excuses. Ridiculous

Good place to stay when you need some rest. It was clean but definitely an old building in jeed of some maintenance. The bathroom light switch had to be carefully positioned right in the middle for the lights to turn off. Air never got really cold. No options for breakfast, only waffles, no coffee. But the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

I've never done a negative review. As my mom taught me, if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. In this case, however, the property was really in bad shape. Lots of trash in the parking lot and interior work is sorely needed. This is, however, a great restaurant right next door. We had a lovely dinner.

I understand when I am told that this is an older place, but I can't understand why it wouldn't be clean. The place was awful and if I wasn't so tired with a very active day ahead, I would have gone somewhere else.

The employee at the front desk was friendly enough. The room was hot and it took several hours to cool off. The bedding was stained and the bathroom faucets needed replaced. The breakfast dining area was also too hot. No A/C running. Overall this property needs a complete upgrade.

Our room had some small fast black bugs on the wall and bathroom floor. The kitchen cabinet face was unclean.there was no one to service breakfast. Low on everything. We had a noisy air handler so we turned it off. We had a loud noise like an air compressor that started every 25 to 20 minutes so we didn’t get much sleep. There was no one at the front desk to talk to and give them some information.
