Good hotel, friendly staff. Particularly breakfast. My only complaint would be that they closed the restaurant early when I stayed on a Tuesday night.

Nie wieder Hotel Am Wall in Soest

Also, ich trage ein Hörgerät und habe immer einen extra Verstärker für den Fernseher im Hotel dabei. Ich bat beim Einchecken um Hilfe. Der Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption kam auch mit, fand aber nichts, wollte sich aber kümmern. Abends kam ich zurück ins Hotel. War natürlich nichts geschehen. Fernsehen konnte ich also ohne Ton!!! Ein anderer Mitarbeiter, den ich ansprach, sagte mir dann am nächsten Tag,das geht nicht bei dem Fernseher!!!! Kurz und bündig! Ich war dann im Bad und am WC blieb die Klobrille nicht oben, fiel immer runter. Ich hatte also beim Toilettengang immer die Klobrille und Deckel im Rücken, igitt!!! Das müssen Sie mal ausprobieren, wie toll das ist! Man wollte sich kümmern, hat man aber nicht. Außerdem fehlten im Bad: Papiertücher aus der Packung, die stehen in anderen Hotels immer zur Verfügung;!! So etwas habe ich in anderen Hotels noch nie erlebt! Sie können sicher sein, daß wir Zimmer in ihrem Hotel nie wieder buchen werden und wir werden auch Bekannten, die dort ein Hotel suchen, auf jeden Fall abraten. Es war wirklich sehr schlimm und dafür ist es dann doch zuuuu teuer Nie wieder Hotel Am Wall in Soest

Das Zimmer war sauber groß und Rollstuhl gerecht leider war in meinem Zimmer leider keine hand oder Badetuch wie bei meiner Kollegin auch kein erfrischungsgedränk nur leere gläser.aber ich würde trotzdem wiederkommen mich aber gleich beschweren ich hatte zum Glück meine eigene Handtücher dabei.sonst war alles okay aber ein Frühstück für 18€ ist schon ne Hausnummer.
