The cottage is located on the De Groene Duinen Estate, directly behind the bungalow park and on the edge of the forest and the vast Soester sand drifts. Thanks to this unique location, it is the ideal base for nature lovers, hikers, and cyclists.
In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the impressive Soester Dunes, a diverse nature reserve featuring sand drifts, forests, and heathland. Here you can hike or bike to your heart’s content, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of the beautiful surroundings.

The home has two bedrooms:
One bedroom with a double bed.
One bedroom with two comfortable single box-spring beds.
In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience during your stay.
If notified in advance, one dog is permitted in this home. A pet fee will be charged for this. Please be sure to familiarise yourself with our pet policy if you bring your dog. A cot or high chair can be provided upon request. Please let us know in advance.
Two parking spaces are reserved right next to the property.
10 Mbps Wi-Fi is included with your stay. You can upgrade this to 50 Mbps for a fee.
The holiday home is located at the 't Eekhoornnest bungalow park.
The rental includes linens (made-up beds), towels, tea towels, and a cookware set.
A cot or high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Please let us know in advance if you need these items.
One dog is allowed; this holiday home is not suitable for cats.
This holiday home can be rented for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 21 nights.

House Rules
We would like to extend a warm welcome to you in advance and thank you for choosing our holiday home.
We expect that during your stay, the property will be kept clean and treated with respect. To ensure clarity, we would like to draw your attention to the following house rules:
-Please check the inventory list and the cottage for any damage within 24 hours of arrival. Otherwise, any unreported damage or missing items may be charged to you upon departure.
-Bedding is required for all pillows and comforters used.
-All accommodation is strictly non-smoking. The use of deep fryers without properly functioning odour filters is also prohibited. If we determine that an open deep fryer has been used or that smoking has occurred in your room, an additional €250.00 will be charged for the cleaning of the curtains and furniture in your accommodation.
-It is prohibited to dispose of sanitary pads, frying oil, and other fats down the drain due to the use of sewage pumps. If this is discovered, the tenant will be held responsible for the cleaning costs.
-Moving beds and cabinets is only permitted in consultation with and with the assistance of our staff to prevent unnecessary damage.
-It is not permitted to install satellite dishes on or near the properties.
Pet policy:
*One dog is permitted in this accommodation:
*Never leave your pet alone in the bungalow unless you have a crate. The bathroom, bedrooms, and basement must remain pet-free. Duvets, pillows, and doormats with even a single strand of dog hair will be rejected by us due to potential allergies of subsequent guests.
*Furniture must be covered with your own throws. You are responsible for removing your pet’s hair from curtains and furniture.
*Dogs must be walked on a leash outside the park. If your dog does relieve itself on the park grounds, please clean it up using a plastic bag.
-It is prohibited to attach nails, drawing pins, tape, glue, or similar items to the walls or furniture.
-Open consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Within the park, except on your own patio, walking around with a bottle of alcoholic drink will not be tolerated. If we find guests outside the bungalow in an intoxicated state, we reserve the right to remove that person from the park. Drugs are prohibited throughout the entire park.
-Open fires are prohibited both on and off the park. As long as the government has not issued a Code Orange, barbecuing on the patio of your cottage is permitted. Check the information channel to see if barbecuing is allowed.
- You can dispose of your household waste—including plastic bags, paper, cardboard, and glass—in the designated containers behind the wooden doors to the left of the car park entrance.
- Our guests come here primarily for peace and quiet. We therefore ask that you keep noise to a minimum. After 11:00 PM, no noise may be audible outside your accommodation.
Any damage to the accommodation and/or the furnishings and/or decorations therein, or the theft thereof, will be charged immediately to the person responsible or the person jointly and severally liable.
Upon departure:
- The property must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on your departure day.
- Trash in and around your bungalow must be taken to the trash containers. You can dispose of household trash, paper/cardboard, and glass in the containers at the recycling area.
- Make sure the fireplace is emptied and that the dustbin, hob, and combination microwave are clean (i.e., free of caked-on grease).
- Leave the floor swept clean
- The furniture must be returned to the same places where it was found upon arrival
- Dishes must be clean and dry in the cabinets
