「A wonderful, cosy, thoughtfully designed and aesthetically pleasing flat. All the required amenities are available and on display elegantly and tastefully. The location is quiet, but central, well connected and walkable. Ivaylo, the host, was polite, helpful and pro-active. This all made my stay an absolute pleasure and will be looking to stay again on my next returns to Sofia. Highly recommend!」

「I stayed in this property six nights, four of which I had a colleague as a roommate. We were in Sofia for a conference that took place at the university 4 blocks away. We had unusual temperatures in the 90s but the AC worked beautifully in the flat. I was able to wash and dry a load of clothes in the combo unit next to the kitchen sink. We did not have any occasion to use the dishwasher, but there is one. The bathroom is tiny but all one needs, although some glass shelving would help with...

"I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk."
