「Amazing staff, properly, amenities, location and nature!!! And dining!!」

「The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. I won’t recommend it 」

「The room was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Everything is Broken and filthy with insects and bugs. Food was just as bad no variety at all, pointless going half board as we had to eat out most of the time as it was so bad. The facilities are neglected the customer care non existent and most nights there was screaming and fighting from locals at the front reception leaving clubs and bars . Incredibly unsafe for families and poor value for money. Worst...

「The listing for this apartment hotel was misleading. It said that it has Spa Facilities and swimming pool but it did not. There was such in nearby building in another hotel with similar name that charged extra 43 eur and said they have nothing to do with Flora Daisy」

「5 stars all around. Nick our property host was fantastic. The castle exceeded our expectations on size and value for money. Not to mention the jacuzzi that was almost as tall as me 🙄😅. The property was cleaned throughout, perfect temperatures and the company provided with plenty of information for surrounding areas and transportation as we had no car. Would 100% recommend. Thank you to all the team!!! 」

「Til NYs eve vi var sent på en restaurant et par km væk fra hotellet. Vi var aldrig informeret før rejsen at det er ikke plads i Yagoda restaurant. Jeg var i kontakt med Yagoda flere gange før rejsen og jeg troede vi skal i Yagoda restaurant - afstand er vigtigt punkt når man rejser med børn. Man ryger i restauranten om aften - det var officielt æske bæger til ryger på hvert bord!」

「Sin lugar a dudas uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado nunca. El edificio es precioso en una casa del renacimiento búlgaro. Decorado con mucho gusto. Habitación súper amplia con un montón de detalles, agua, botellita de vino tinto, blanco. Recibimiento con copa de vino. El spa expectacular y qué decir del desayuno, delicioso. No es bufet pero nos ofrecieron 5 tipos diferentes de desayuno completisimos, que nos dejaron elegir tantos como quisiéramos, pero con uno tuvimos suficiente. El...
