Your second floor two bedroom apartment is absolute waterfront offering glorious sea breezes and elevated breathtaking views straight through to the twin headlands of Tomaree and Yacaaba.

The open plan living area has contemporary style furnishings, smart TV with access to streaming services and ceiling fans for your comfort. Stepping out from the living area, grab a book and relax on the sun lounge, enjoy outdoor dining at the bar table that takes full advantage of the views and cook up a storm on the small gas BBQ.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe whilst the second bedroom is ideal for kids with two single beds including storage and a ceiling fan.

A fully equipped modern kitchen with an under-bench oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size fridge.

The bathroom has floor to ceiling tiles, bath, shower and separate toilet. The bonus of having an internal laundry with top loading washing machine and dryer is a must when you are on holidays.. There is also secure off-street parking for one vehicle - but please note, there is no use of the garage.

Situated five minutes walk from Soldiers Point Marina with its three great choices for dining, and fifteen minute walk to Bannisters Port Stephens or the Soldiers Point Bowling Club, the apartment is ideally situated to take advantage of some of the best dining venues on the Tomaree Peninsula.

The Soldiers Point boat ramp is just 700 metres away for boating or stunning sunset views.

Styling of food and props in imagery is for your inspiration only and not included at the property. Try this yourself by visiting Two Bobs Bakery, local produce stalls, seafood outlets and other great local attractions and venues.

Great location with lovely views
The property is well equipped for 2 adults and o young children. There are spectacular views of the bay and you can watch the sunrise from the apartment and a quick walk across the road to Sunrise Beach and you can watch the sunrise - well worth it! The only downside - , there was no internet provided and the smart TV was very nice but I was not able to use it due to no TV reception or internet service.

Great property with everything you could need. Clean, tidy, tasteful. Wonderful location - quiet, beautiful walks nearby. The only disadvantage was having to return the keys to Port Nelson real estate when we had a long drive home. An extra 30 minutes - it would have been great if we could have left the keys in the apartment for the cleaner to pick up.

The property itself was great, however, prior to arrival, I confirmed with the agency that a proper Covid clean was being carried out. We were advised YES, definitely a complete deep clean is being done. However, it was not. There was hair all over the blankets, areas of the unit were completely missed in the cleaning, and it was definitely NOT cleaned properly. The agency agreed. We also enquired prior to arrival, about the parking and were advised by the agent that the garage was right by the unit, (which it was) however, we had no access to the garage which they did not advise us until we were there?! There were 2 heaters in the property, one being like a hair dryer, the other was ok, the property was freezing on the first night. The agency agreed and supplied an additional normal sized heater, but only the next day. The shower, and vanity taps were dripping (both needed servicing) the kitchen mixer was connected the wrong way, and the hot water whilst sufficient if there were 2 staying, was not sufficient for 4. We had to supply toilet paper, soap, shampoo, rubbish baps, washing up detergent - none of this was provided. The agency was located 15 mins drive from the property and we had to go to (and return to) the agency to get the keys as they did not provide a key lock box or keys at the property. Further, they did not provide linen, which we had to rent additionally, which then did not fit the queen bed! The adjacent property was under construction, we had construction noises from 7am each morning (Construction is fine, and not an issue), but the agency never advised us of this and we would have chosen a different property had we been made aware of this fact. Our overall experience with the agency was very poor

Great location - beautiful view, lovely furniture etc. But no linen or toiletries, and needed to do some cleaning on arrival... outside deck very dirty, perhaps no-one has been there for a while... Also need to go to Nelson Bay to get keys.
