Hi Rob, Thank you for your feedback. Glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful view and close proximity to the beach and marina. The property owners decided to get rid of the BBQ as some guests were not looking after it and cleaning up after use. This was removed from the property listing before you booked, perhaps you saw it advertised before it was removed. There are public BBQs in nearby parks that can be used. The owners have renovations planned for the unit to improve it for their holiday guests.

Hi Sabine, Thank you for your feedback which has also been passed onto the cleaner and owners. The owners are planning on completing renovations this year. We are glad you enjoyed the amazing view. The amount of weed on the beach depends on the tides at the time. Luckily, there are plenty of beautiful beaches in the area to choose from.
