「The property was great. Perfect location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Ideal for a weekend getaway.」

「We loved the house. Felt like a true home away from home. Comfy beds, adequate storage, nice towels, great backyard for our dogs. It had a great kitchen and laundry facilities. It was very close to downtown Iowa City, grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.」

「The garage and downstairs are not open to the guest, which was a little odd, but overall the house was cute and clean.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO for the weekend while attending our niece’s wedding. The house was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and had so many thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. Everything was well organized, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during such a special family weekend, and we would...

「All was well and as expected」

「We had a really great time here at this COZY, but well-appointed Cottage. Everything was there that we required for a GREAT stay. Location is EXCELLENT to all that Cedar Rapids has to offer. Communication with our Host was immediate and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here, thanks to a GREAT place !」

「What a lovely home! We rented this for a relatives wedding! It was perfect for a one night stay! Clean and comfortable. It is in a great quiet neighborhood. There was some construction, but the owner couldn’t help that. It took a tiny second to reroute and go a different route around the back because gps kept telling me to go the way where the roads were blocked off. Comfortable bed and pull out sofa for the kids! We even left something and the owner met us to get it from them! Such a...

「We had a pleasant stay and was able to visit with family in the area.」

「The property was clean and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Communication was excellent. We knew exactly how to access the property, lock up, where to park, etc. It was an easy process and I would highly recommend.」

「This property was perfect for our needs. It was a very cozy stay. Everything you need for food or shopping very convenient.」

「Enjoyed the stay and great host」

「Very nice home within walking distance to CUTE Marion.」

「The place was overall as expected by pictures, but the smell of old smoke was overwhelming and a huge issue for me.」

「I booked this for a family get together with 16 guests. I had to change to 8 people and add a pet dog at the last minute. I am glad we did not have all 16, as that would have been too many. There is only 1 full bathroom in each unit so that would not have been enough. The 8 guests was perfect amount. Everything was good. We enjoyed the front porch and off street parking.」

Communication with our host was excellent. The kitchen was especially nice. We were there during a warm weekend so we appreciated the AC! Thank you!」
