The apartment, located on the second floor accessible by lift, has:
an equipped kitchen, a large and comfortable sofa, a double bedroom with a desk for smartworking needs, a bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe room with washing machine, a terrace equipped for outdoor meals, parking space and bicycles in a private garage

The large solarium area with shared swimming pool has free umbrellas and deck chairs, bathroom and the swimming pool has an area with shallow water

Solto Collina is a village overlooking Lake Iseo and in less than ten minutes by car you can reach its shores for a spectacular walk on the renowned pedestrian promenade of the Bogn, or rent sailboats, sup, windsurfs or canoes for excursions on the lake.
In 5 minutes by car you can reach Lovere, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, with its magnificent basilica and historic center, there are numerous restaurants in the area where you can taste local specialties and lake fish.
For trekking overlooking the lake, we recommend the San Defendente walk and the Bossico plateau at 900m above sea level.
