“The communication with the host was awful. I had questions about my reservation prior to arrival that were never answered. I called when we arrived about the parking pass that was needed and the person I spoke to didn't know the answer and took hours to get back to me about how to obtain a parking pass. We could not check in until 4:00 and we saw that there was earlier check in times at the same location. There were no paper towels, tissues, trash bags, hair dryer. There was no heat.
