“The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay. “Review: Not Exactly as Described.The property is well located within the city of Bayonne and driveway parking adjacent to the building is a major plus because street parking in the area is hard to find. Our disappointment was to find out that the description for this particular unit was not accurate, non existent items were: no hot tub, just plain shower floor, no separate dining area, no dining room table only sofa and coffee table, no computer monitor, no desk and chair, no kitchen isle, no……
