「Place was clean and 5 minute walk from Palmer Square and the univeristy! 」

「The hotel appears to be severely understaffed. Calls often went unanswered because one staff member seemed to be handling everything. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were helpful and did their best, but management needs to address the larger issues. The room description was inaccurate. We booked a room advertised with one king bed and two queen beds, but received one king and only one queen. Staff mentioned there is no room available with this configuration and description on external sites...

「Our first room was very dirty and disgusting upon check in. Very obvious the room was not cleaned. We found what looked like poop on the back of the bathroom door, pubic hair on the soap dish, and a fake nail on the floor in front of the sink. I went to the front desk, and the young man working was very helpful. He moved us to another room and walked it before turning in over to us, to make sure it was clean. Another thing was the carpets in the hallways. The carpet was very loose and a trip...

「We loved this apartment. It was a little bit of a walk from the main road (Hudson after getting off the path train), but very doable. Area is very walkable. Bed was very comfortable,But pullout was not. Loved that we could do a load of laundry before heading home. 」

「DO NOT RENT this unit unless you like a moldy shower curtain (so easy to clean/replace) to the all-night brightest main bedroom that had the thinnest curtains, the loudest street noise, and the weakest fan with no AC. Very hard to sleep. The only other fan in the entire unit was equally weak, and all the drapes were so dirty. You didn’t even want to touch them.
