「Great location」

「Our first room was very dirty and disgusting upon check in. Very obvious the room was not cleaned. We found what looked like poop on the back of the bathroom door, pubic hair on the soap dish, and a fake nail on the floor in front of the sink. I went to the front desk, and the young man working was very helpful. He moved us to another room and walked it before turning in over to us, to make sure it was clean. Another thing was the carpets in the hallways. The carpet was very loose and a trip...

「Great location close to town. Parking is perfect. We walked almost everywhere. The unit was definitely big enough for 2 of us. Great kitchen setup tho we didn’t cook since so many great restaurants close by.」

「The hotel appears to be severely understaffed. Calls often went unanswered because one staff member seemed to be handling everything. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were helpful and did their best, but management needs to address the larger issues. The room description was inaccurate. We booked a room advertised with one king bed and two queen beds, but received one king and only one queen. Staff mentioned there is no room available with this configuration and description on external sites...

「We loved this apartment. It was a little bit of a walk from the main road (Hudson after getting off the path train), but very doable. Area is very walkable. Bed was very comfortable,But pullout was not. Loved that we could do a load of laundry before heading home. 」

「Beautiful property, clean, and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The washer and dryer was broken which made it difficult as we found out our cruise was being re-routed from Bermuda to Canada because of a hurricane & we needed to wash our warm clothes we had worn in NYC. Because of pre-planned activities we did not have time to go to the laundromat. The property owner did give us a small refund after I requested it. The neighborhood was a little rough, but these rental properties were beautiful. 」
