「The staff were excellent and very accommodating throughout the stay, in particular with our allergen requirements (gluten). The transfer process was easy to arrange but be aware that a member of staff will contact you via WhatsApp so you’ll need internet access a day or two beforehand. The room we had was spectacular and very clean. All round a great experience and would highly recommend. 」

「all the staff are very warm and nice. They care about their service a lot and always try to know if everything ok during the trip. The room is clean as they come to clean up very frequently not only once a day. The food is also yummy and I have nice and special meal during my stay.」
