「First of all, we are bewildered to know where the hotel entrance is located. This hotel has only 6 rooms and each room is very big, more than 50 square meters. It is situated in a quiet area and is very close to the Arena. The breakfast (15 euro) is put in a wooden box and delivered to each room. 「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」
