Our family always enjoys smores by the fire and Christmas movies by the fire afte a long and beautiful hike at Rickett’s GlenMy only feedback I would have ur to maybe have one more small couch or chairs so everyone can sit in a comfortable chair when we watch movies by the fire. 」

「Great secluded location off the main road. There is one other viewable cabin. Easy drive to Ricketts Glen State Park with the lower end Falls Trail just down the road a few or a 10 minute drive up the mountain to the main park entrance. Driveway entrance was always a bit difficult to see, but Ricketts Glen Hotel being across the street helped with locating. Main road is fairly flat with 55 mph speed limit so caution should be taken when looking for driveway entrance. Wi-Fi was not mentioned,...

「We took my father-in-law here for a weekend as my wife and sister-in-law grew up having a cabin in Hillsgrove. We hit some "old spots" that they grew up with and heard many old stories. The campground is awesome and in a beautiful setting, however the best part is Russ, the Manager. He is courteous, personable and an asset to anybody visiting the facility. 「Prefect for a weekend away! The shack had everything we needed. The loft bedroom was a hit for our 7 year old. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of blankets. We were able to walk into town and also explored the old rail lines. West side deli was prefect to sit outside and eat lunch. Quick drive to Loyalsock for hiking. Make sure you pack warm, it gets chilly! Deck was great for a cup of coffee in the morning. Really a cool little spot especially if anyone in your family loves trains. 」

「Great location, close to World's End and Rickett's Glenn state parks and Loyal Sock state forest. Dutchman Falls is 5mins away. The hosts communicated well and provided a guidebook (was also printed off in a binder). Good wifi. Thank you for allowing dogs. I was comfortable leaving mine off-leash to use the bathroom outside. Quiet roads. There was an inflatable hot tub, but we did not end up using it. Cookware could use a replacement. The mattress was a little uncomfortable. 」
