One of the rooms pictured with the pillows on the floor is only accessible at extra cost but shown on this website which is misleading.
We booked for 8 but only 4 of us were able to come, the other rooms meant for the other 4 were locked and not accessible to us even though we paid for 8.
The bathroom and one of the bedrooms was really cold, especially the first 2 nights. It is a shared house with other people staying which we did not think was much of an issue. However, as the house is older, we could hear when the person upstairs came into the room and woke up. Every day, the person upstairs woke up at 6am and we were woken up by the creaking of the floorboards which meant a shorter night. In the evenings, we went to bed early as we were skiing and were also woken up by the floorboards upstairs.
The kitchen is downstairs and the warmest room in the house we had access to.
The owner is nice and easy to reach via phone or email. The house is close to the ski bus (just walk downhill). We left our ski boots and skis at the ski depot as there really isn't a room to put our boots and skis and the boots were likely going to be really cold the next day. Also, we did not want to carry the equipment up the hill as we were using the ski bus to go to Damüls.
The location is lovely, quiet and great surroundings.
