the apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, the second with a bunk bed (1X 90, 1X140), 1 shower room, 1 separate WC, 1 terrace. Access to the swimming pool is common to the residence.
It also offers private and covered parking, a closed bicycle room and a lift.
(Wifi, Tv, washing machine / dryer).
You can reach the central beach on foot in 2 minutes and the 5 min by bike from the lake.
Shops (pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, bars, restaurants) within 5 min walk around.

Proche de toutes commodités, nous avons énormément apprécié nos vacances dans cette location. Propre et bien agencée, nous avons pu à 5 personnes(1ans1/2 11 ans 15 ans et 2 adultes) séjourner paisiblement. Vraiment top !

L'appartement est bien optimisé, propre, récent, agréable et très bien situé, à 50m de l'océan, des clubs de surf et à 5 min à pied des commerces/restos. La résidence est un peu vieillissante mais très bien tenue, la piscine agréable, et la place de parking en sous-sol est un plus appréciable. Et ce qui ne gâche rien : propriétaire très sympa, communication facile et rapide. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
