Superb apartment offering a magnificent view of the lake and its beach, includes a living room with sofa, television and dining area. A kitchen, open, fitted and equipped with two top refrigerators, a microwave/grill combo, induction hobs, toaster, kettle, Magimix coffee maker and a bodum, dishwasher and washing machine.
A bedroom with a 160 bed and storage space. A bathroom with WC.
You will benefit from a balcony facing the marine lake.
Public parking nearby.
PETS NOT ALLOWED. No wifi. AIR CONDITIONING. The electricity package is charged in addition to the accommodation cost and is automatically stated in the contract for the periods from January 1st to mid-June and from September to December. Linen is extra, contact our team to reserve it.
