Appartement très agréable avec une belle terrasse

L'appartement est très bien équipé, très propre, en excellent état et bien situé en centre ville. Très pratique pour les petites courses au dernier moment. La terrasse est grande et agréable même si elle est moins bien exposée au soleil qu'en été. La vue est magnifique.

D‘excellentes vacances en famille

Résidence très bien située à côté du centre ville et du lac. L’océan est 10-15 minutes à pied. L’appartement est bien équipé, il a une vraie personnalité, la terrasse est exceptionnelle. Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables. Un très grand merci à Aude pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour tout faire à pied (ou à vélo), cosy, très bien équipé et en parfait état, avec une très belle terrasse sans vis à vis et une vue dégagée qui donne un esprit "maison". La résidence est calme avec un parking et un local à vélos. la propriétaire est charmante, tout est parfait pour des vacances réussies.
