「Such an”old Florida” experience. Played checkers in lobby. Soda shop and excellent restaurant. After the spring closes for swimmers the park comes alive with birds and squirrels. Magical. Especially when the gators start calling.」

「The hotel was nice. We booked there twice. First time stay was great. The second stay we ran into an issue. Our door would not lock. The only way to lock it was to use the lock latch at the top of the door. So someone always had to stay in the room. We only needed the room for one night. I can’t imagine what someone would do if they had to stay multiple nights. We contacted front desk, and showed her. She couldn’t fix it. And didn’t move us to another room.」

「Our room was disgusting. I usually never write reviews but my experience was so awful they need to be exposed. My key cards did not work even after taking them back twice, the room had no toilet paper. No towels, no sheets for the sofa bed. We went to get some and the towels had yellow stains and hair on them. They looked really old and worn out. There was inappropriate adult items left in the room, there was trash underneath the bed which we saw because we had to search all over for the remote...

「Our room was handicap accessible, which we weren't told before staying. Shower was hard to operate and when floor got wet was very slippery. Room was small and air conditioner loud. Breakfast was not good. Staff was friendly and courteous.」

「This property has potential. I do not consider this property to be resort quality. The pool area had food scraps on the tables and on the deck, the QR code for ordering drinks and food did not work. In a resort setting, the drinks are brought out to you. We had to go inside and pick up our order. The unit we stayed in had ants and other bugs all over the floor in the bathtub and even in the bed. Separate towels to use for the pool were not included. We were instructed to wash, dry, and put away...
