「The view is insane, the sound of quietness and waves is just what you need to calm down. The house, pool etc. are clean. All needs like toaster, dishwash, washingmachine, towels are there. Its close to various beaches, many places to eat and the big mercadona. Communication with owner was oustanding clear. Worth every penny if you ask me. Recommend car-hire tho, due to up/downhill streets.」

「Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr zugesagt, 3 verschiedene Terassen, eine am Vordereingang, eine nach hinten und eine über das komplette Dach - Perfekt. Ausstattung in der Küche ist gut, alles Funktioniert. Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Bettwäsche war keine vorhanden, hatten wir auch nicht erwartet, allerdings auch kein Unterbett, nur Kissen. Sollte man Wissen, so das man sich etwas selber mitbringt - wir hatten wenigstens 2 Decken mit und somit kein Problem....

「La casa es una preciosidad, cómoda, acogedora, perfectamente equipada y de una belleza especial. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares, un entorno con muchísimo encanto, un pueblo con mucha gracia y muchos espacios para relajarse y disfrutar. Aunque la playa está retirada, la casa lo vale al 100% y en coche tienes varias opciones a media hora. Andro es un anfitrión amoroso, muy disponible y amable. Nos facilito mucho la llegada y toda la estancia. Mil gracias - quedamos encantados y con muchas ganas...

「About a 15 minute drive outside the town of Nijar, voted one of the most beautiful towns in Spain. The house is simple, but very clean and in a nice quiet location. It is located on the Ruta del agua (water route), which was a perfect adventure for our 10 year old son. The location is up in the mountains, so walking is quite strenuous, but worth the effort. You can drive to the coast in about 40 minutes, with beautiful secluded beaches and great walking areas, as well as plenty of local shops...

「We stayed in Mojácar playa in a lovely 2 bedroom townhouse . It was in a slightly hilly location so not for people with walking difficulties really . It has a community pool nearly and the beach was a 5 minute walk away . There was plenty of good restaurants and bars near by. We stayed for 11 nights and throughly enjoyed our stay . 「Mi experiencia ha sido favorable !! Hay que decir que según los comentarios que había leído desfavorable me dio miedo alquilarlo !! Pero después de hablar con el propietario Alan me decidí y no me arrepiento !! La urbanización tranquila y bonita , tiene varías piscinas que puedes usar igual que varias puertas para acceder a la urbanización según te pille !! La playa está a cinco minutos exactos de reloj andando. En cuestión de limpieza por mi parte no le pongo pega . Tiene todo lo necesario...

The location where it was situated was a short distance to the beach were we walked our dogs regularly. The pubs/restaurants were fairly local and the staff were always friendly. 「Arnold en Carla hebben hun zaakjes goed voor elkaar. De Casita is van alle gemakken voorzien en gezellig ingericht. Enkele extra pluspunten: keuken klein, maar prima uitgerust. Bedden voortreffelijk en overal zon rondom het huisje wat belangrijk is in de winterperiode. De pelletkachel komt dan ook goed van pas. Arnold en Carla gaven welkome tips en stonden voor ons klaar. 「The apartments are spotlessly clean spacious . There plenty to do for kids and the restaurant offers a wide plentiful selection of food. Excellent value for money. Staff are incredibly helpful and prompt with resolving any issuing or being helpful. Definitely would return and recommend this 」
