"Week end hivernal très reposant le long du canal et au milieu des champs inondés par la Meuse. Endroit très calme. Promenade en forêt et sur le chemin de halage avec une petite visite sur Verdun. La télé et le Wifi ne sont pas au meilleur de leurs formes mais nous n'étions pas là pour ça. Propriétaire très sympathique. Nous sommes repartis très reposés. Lieu à recommander pour se ressourcer. "

"Maison trés accueillante nous étions 9 dont 2 enfants chacun a trouvé sa place tout est confortable nous avons passé un sejour trés agréable même si le temps n;était pas trés beau nous aurions aimé profiter plus de l'extérieur qui est spacieux et bien amménagé. nous avons tout oublié j'ai dit en partant à refaire.....Je souligne aussi la trés grande gentillesse de l'hotesse Magali."

"Booked & paid for this but never stayed. Received message from the host Laurent saying apartment no longer available offering alternate in same town which I reluctantly agreed to. Later Laurent admitted this alternate ‘wasn’t finished’ and I then asked to cancel and refund - too much dishonesty. Four weeks later & numerous contacts with Laurent & still no refund. It’s either terrible service or a scam. Now taking it up with Expedia."

"For us this was a half way stay to an end destination. It was therefore very convenient that things like tea, nutella and jam were available for use. The interior was modern and very clean."

"We had a nice vacation in this lovely house with large rooms, nice kitchen and a beautiful garden with much privacy. Our dog did not want to leave, she loved the lawn in the garden too much. The owners are very friendly and caring. They even gave us a goodbye letter to wish ua a good trip home in our own language. A superb experience!"

"We needed a property that could sleep at least 6 people and had multiple bathrooms. It was a bonus that this property was unique in its history. The owners worked hard to fix and upgrade this property and it shows. It was less than 15 minutes from where my mom grew up and where our family lives, making it ideal. The owners made us feel very welcome and accommodating with our busy schedule. They added little touches like fresh flowers and juices that personalized our stay. If we come back to that...

"Beautiful house with medieval feel to it. Nice garden with evening sun. Very spacious and clean. Boulangerie is 3 minutes away on foot. Close to the river for a walk. Close to Nancy, Toul, Bar-le-Duc and forests for walking. Owner was very nice and helpful."

"Don’t book this hotel, it may be a scam. I had a reservation, arrived before check in closed, no one there and their out of hours system did not recognise my booking. Tried the phone numbers they gave, no response, had to drive on and make a different booking somewhere else. Hotel no responding to hotels.com so delaying my refund. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL!"

"Not my first stay and not my last. Although small and compact, the rooms are always clean and comfortable for a casual stay. The furniture and bathroom always look and feel new, maybe because they are kept and cleaned very well. So I never feel like I’m in a tired building like sometimes I do in some chain hotels. Parking spaces are always available. The staff is extremely nice and professional. The free drinking water is a nice touch. I will go back for sure. "

"I would love to give it 5 stars but due to the fact that the heat was not working was really bad specially when you are with an infant with you I literally had put his jacket on in the middle of the night because the room was freezing mind you we had a small heater on but in vain. I wish we had been informed of this situation before we arrived in order to weight our options or not. But besides that the receptionist was very nice and helpful to us during our stay."
