Overall great. One detail, not so much. … we needed a room with two beds. When I checked in, I asked to verify that we had a room with two beds. They misunderstood me and said it would take a hour for our room to be ready. When we got to the room, we discovered that they had just reconfigured the room from having two beds to having a single bed. Then they gave us a smoking room which we refused. So three hours after arriving, we had the room we wanted. Needless wait due to? … poor English language skills? …poor listening?

Stayed here twice for two nights. A very nice hotel, courteous and professional service, and spacious rooms. BTW: You can easily walk from the airport (4 minutes), no need for a taxi!

Avoid the 7th floor, walls and roof is paper thin so you can hear everything on the updstairs bar. Second stay on the 6th was much better. Rooms are fine.

Great breakfast which started at 5.30am which was excellent. Good variety. Room very clean and comfortable. Great staff and service in general. Same day laundry service. 5 minutes walk from airport - I walked it and it was a bit uncomfortable cos I passed some very high guys who asked me for money and asked to take a picture which was a bit intimidating and crossing road was very hard. So very short walk but with some hazards so some may find taxi easier. One negative in hotel - I could hear every word being said in connecting room next to mine so was a bit noisy and needed ear plugs to sleep

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was most helpful and we can highly recommend the Aston! It’s right across the street from the airport and only 15 minutes from the ferry port. They also have an on site ATM and a restaurant with a roof top bar. Super happy with our 2 stays here!

Excellent breakfast buffet. Lovely pool area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Spa staff was rude. Booked a 7 pm massage only to be told inhad no appointment when I showed up. Roof top bar is beautiful butnwe waited 45 minutes for food only to have it be cold when it arrived. They could do better in those areas. Cant beat the location for airport transit stay.

At 3 AM in the morning a man was trying to enter my room. He pounded and was screaming. I called front desk. Front desk is limited in English, it was hard for them to understand that I needed help and security. I yelled help and she finally understood. 20 minutes later a male staff person called. I explained what happen and I never heard back from hiim, needless to say I could not sleep for the rest of the night or the following night. When I checked out, I asked the front desk what occurred and no one knew anything about it. Therefore I do not recommend this place. It is unsafe.

Beautiful property across from airport on a noisy road yet my room wqs quiet and comfortable, and the pool very peacful. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Would stay again.
