Great little hidden gem

Absolutely fabulous hotel. More of a b&b but the service and detail was fabulous. The hosts including the breakfast attendants we're absolutely incredible. A huge shout out to Emma and Rosanna. We went out of their way to make sure we had a good breakfast. Would definitely come back again.

We had a great stay. The staff were so kind and accommodating with our late arrival- communicating often. The included breakfast every morning had a lovely spread and coffee was made to order. Our room was spacious with plenty of drawers and closet space to unpack. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s right in the middle of it all, but on a quieter side street so we got to sleep with the window open. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel when in Sorrento and hopefully will be able to return soon.

Amazing!!

I can't begin to say how much we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is stunningly beautify and incredibly well located and in addition to all that- the staff are amazing! There are so many shopping and dining options right outside your door andeverything you need is close by. The staff is absolute top notch and do everything they possibly can to make your stay amazing. We give our very highest recommendation for this hotel.

We stayed here July 2023 and had such a great experience. The staff reached out by text to answer any questions we had before our trip. They helped us organize our taxi service to and from Naples airport and reached out to the car service when changes were made to our flight schedule. They even met us at the car drop-off point to walk us to the hotel. The location is surrounded by shops and our favorite restaurants were right around the corner. Staff was always helpful and friendly with anything we needed. They went above and beyond. We brought back roses from dinner that we left on our counter and found them placed in a bottle of water the next day in our room to preserve them by cleaning services. The complimentary breakfast went above and beyond as well. I can't say enough good things about our experience staying here.

Lovely stay at this boutique hotel

Location cannot be beat! So easy to get everywhere. Very beautifully decorated and lovely breakfast each day included. The only thing I would mention is that the beds are extremely firm but we got used to it. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful spot with very friendly staff who will help you find your way. Its a gem in the middle of Sorrento, where we stayed 3 days to discover the Amalfi Coast. Sorrento the clever way to go if you want to miss the Zoo in June July in Positano. Breakfast amazing here, Raffaella helped us out with a private boat tour to see Amalfi , Positano, and swim in beautiful spots on the coast. Restaurants are nearby, and everything is walkable. The rooms are tastefully restored, with very luxury feel all round. Highly recommend, including the ACCADEMIA Gelateria around the corner, which is part of the ownership.

Excellent stay in Sorrento

This little boutique hotel wan an absolute gem. Raffella, Juicy, Nicola and all the staff were accommodating, welcoming and warm. The property is a stunning old building, tastefully renovated, located in an excellent location. It’s clean, rooms are big and the breakfast is yummy. Would definitely recommend and will try to go back.

Great location and staff. But bed was not very comfortable sinking in the middle a little and creaking with every little movement. As the nights are very quiet, the creaking noises interrupt a good sleep.

Like: The room was really cool and large. Space was nice and bathroom was spacious. Hotel was located in an easy to access area. Breakfast was provided for free. Dislikes: For the price, I expected a few more things included/ service. The bed was made everyday but the towels were never replaced during our stay until we asked. Water was only complimentary on the first night. The bed was pretty hard but to each their own preference.

Excellent location and great property overall

We had a great stay here and loved the convenience of being in the middle of town. The property is really nicely renovated with glass and stone and is very modern and historical mixed. We stayed in the split level loft and my daughter loved having her own space up there. The patio was nice also. You’ll need some bug spray in the evenings. But the outdoor space is really peaceful and pretty. We would definitely stay here again.

Magi house is a perfect example of how to restore historical architecture with luxurious modern facilities in a sympathetic way whilst adding style and flair into the mix. A wonderful example to behold! Add to this the fact that we were looked after superbly by our hosts, you cannot do better than stay here. From tourist guidance for local transport and places to visit, through to restaurant advise and of course, the excellent breakfast feast that awaits you each morning. Alfonso even took the time to walk us down to the lift in the cliff so that we could take a ferry trip over to Capri ! We have never been treated so well !

Outstanding Experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay at the Magi House! Alfonso continued to go above and beyond during our weekend stay, from meeting us down the street to grab our bags, to providing a takeaway breakfast before opening hours due to a very early checkout! The continental breakfast is homemade daily and was phenomenal, the rooms were spacious for two people and very clean. The location could not be any better... if you are looking for a stay in the heart of Sorrento, don’t looking anywhere else besides here!

Alfonso à la réception était super aidant. Nous étions un peu perdu à notre arrivée car l’hôtel est un peu à l’extérieur de la grande artère. Par contre, une fois sur place, un gros WOW. Des les premiers pas dans le lobby, l’ambiance est agréable, rassurante, luxueuse et calme. Nous avions la chambre Armita, tres spacieuse avec un balcon. A l’intérieur, cuisinière, frigo, congélateur et même une laveuse à linge. Pratique quand on est parti pour deux semaines. Un étage plus bas, il y a un espace spa avec une petite terrasse super tranquille. Un must quand on marche beaucoup les jours précédents. Bref, nous avons adoré notre expérience et le petit déjeuner du lendemain est tout fait maison. Un vrai coup de cœur pour nous

This hotel was amazing.. the staff Alfonso, Francesca and Maria were the loveliest people ever.. the room was beautifully designed with original wood ceiling and sconces on the walls and the bathroom was gorgeous. Spotlessly clean. And then we get to Maria. Every morning Maria puts on a breakfast spread that is all homemade pastries,tarts, frittatas and savoury delights.. they are wonderful.. she is so so lovely that you feel totally spoilt when you leave.. Alfonso arranger all of our trips during our stay and they were brilliant.. literally there is nothing bad about this hotel.. it literally is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed.. and the location th Sorrento is spot on as central to everywhere..
