The apartment was in a fabulous location. Diana was communicative and friendly, and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome during our stay. Would definitely recommend this apartment to a friend visiting Sorrento.

The property was nice and the location was great. A short walk (within 10 minutes) from everything and next to the train station. Only negatives were that there was a party going on above us one night which was loud and the coffee pot did not work. Our contact from the rental company (Diana) was very hospitable and met us for check in. She was easily accessible via text.

Property was listed as having a working elevator. However, when we arrived, we were informed that it had “recently” broken. From the look of it, it had been down for years. The flat was on the 5th floor, so walking stairs for 4 days was tedious. The entire property was dated. The kitchen was sparsely stocked, one shower kept backing up, lamp bulbs were out, knobs fell off furniture. Stuff that didn’t require calling the owner, they were just itinerants. On the upside, the washing machine worked fine, and we had a nice time in Sorrento despite the disappointing accommodations.
