I have never seen more unhappy and unsmiley staff. I asked to get lunch during the day, the restaurant staff told me to go to pool bar and then the pool bar staff told me to go back to restaurant? I felt helpless, felt like the staff wasnt happy to serve me... I finally was able to get a pizza by another unhappy staff member

This hotel was a gem in the heart of Sorrento! When they said there was free breakfast, I’m never interested in it usually because it lacks quality normally and choice. However, THIS free breakfast was INCREDIBLE had so many choices from just fruit and yogurt to omelettes, homemade bread, sausage, bacon, and the list goes on and on! I was very impressed with the breakfast and the amenities and the hotel staff was so kind and welcoming! FANTASTIC❣️

The walls are very thin so I could hear the noises and conversions from the people in the room next door. I would have loved to have facial wash cloths in the room, as well as facial tissues. Maid did not replenish the coffee or tea packages, not once.

We were a group of three girls vacationing in Sorrento & we absolutely loved our stay in Hotel Conca Park. We felt very safe, welcomed and taken care of by the staff. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the town center but far enough for the hustle and bustle, so it was nice to be able to get to stores, restaurants and the ferry and train fast and also nice to be able to wind down for the day in the quietness of the hotel location. We expressed our want to be moved to another room as our original room did not meet our expectations and the staff rectified the issue right away and gave us a room that we were happy with. I know they were trying their best to upgrade us & while grateful, we wanted and expected something different. The front desk staff was wonderful helping us with reservations and taking any requests we had. The highlight of our visit was one of the workers named Jake. He helped us with our luggage on our very first day and his warmth and smile was the perfect welcome! We would look forward to seeing him when we came back from a long day of sightseeing! Another plus was the ride to the front lobby on the golfcart! Not only was it fun but it was really nice after a long day of walking. All in all, I am looking forward to staying at Hotel Conca Park in my next visit and will recommend it to anyone I know who is traveling in the area. Beautiful property and wonderful staff! Grazie!

Really lovely picturesque hotel with great friendly staff. It's a good location with a very short walk down to the main street through the town. The pools are not heated, but we found them a refreshing relief and the kids pool is warmer than the main pool and was perfect for our toddler. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
