Check in was smooth we had a wonderful stay, had a slow morning, used the coffee expresso machine to make cappuccino and chilled in the front porch, it was lovely. Spacious room, very comfortable and walkable distance to most places. Very nice staff who was very helpful and friendly.

This property comes with a unique personality in Stefañia y Alessandra. Superb on site assistance with whatever you need. We stayed 3 nights. Like new rooms, with modern bath and shower. We would definitely stay here again. A few blocks to downtown where every store and restaurant awaits you in this shoe clean city.

This is a great place to stay only 10 minutes walk from the centre of the town. The property is spotlessly clean with everything you need, kettle, coffee maker, fab shower, hairdryer, TV and a pleasant outside terrace to sit and relax. We thorough enjoyed our stay here in Maison Nonna Anna’s and we’re very well looked after by Stefania.

Our stay was amazing! Steffi was great, so attentive and met every one of our needs! We stayed in the standard room for one night and then in the apartment for 5 nights and both were wonderful! Always clean, lots of complimentary snacks and bathroom products. The apartment was wonderful to have our own little kitchenette and balcony. The courtyard was also very nice and would be a great asset for families with kids since they could hang out outside and it just extends the living spaces.

Staff were great. Excellent communication. Answered my inquiries quickly. Very clean and comfortable. As a North American I thought that Bed and Breakfast meant that they served breakfast in the morning. Instead there were a few free breakfast type items in the room. Overall great experience

Beautiful 5 Star Experience

From check-in to check-out, our stay at Maison Nonna in Sorrento was fantastic! My partner and I arrived late from Naples, and Stefania was incredibly accommodating, making sure we were taken care of despite the late hour. The communication was seamless, and when we arrived, she warmly greeted us and gave us a lovely tour of the space. The apartment itself was beautiful—stylish, chic, and very well-maintained. We especially loved the gorgeous tiling in the bathroom and the great air conditioning (as Americans, we like it cold!). The location was perfect for us, with plenty of markets and restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated having a stove top and all the dishware we needed for our stay. Check-out was just as smooth as check-in, with Stefania sending us off with great energy and clear directions to the train station. We would absolutely recommend Maison Nonna and would happily stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay, we stayed in the standard room and it was impeccably clean - it was spotless! I did find the bed quite hard but that is personal preference, also no breakfast but we weren't expecting it anyway but it is mentioned on their website - good bakeries in the area for some pastries and coffee!

Good location with a few caveats

First, the positives. Great communication with host. Very good location in Sorrento. Clean and had AC! Couple of areas of improvement. The listing said it had a washer dryer. It does have a washing machine, but there is no dryer. The bed is also VERY firm. I enjoy a firm mattress, but this was a bit too firm. There was a little teeny kitchen area that had an induction cooktop. There there were pots and pans and dishes. That was nice. But would have been really nice would be instructions on how to use the induction cooktop for those of us not familiar, as well as providing basic things like salt and pepper for cooking and paper towel. A microwave also would not go amiss. A cheat sheet on the best way to use the washing machine would also have been nice. I had to look up a YouTube video to figure out how to use it. If you’re from Europe, it probably wouldn’t be a big deal but as an American, I had no idea. The apartment also has a shower only, which was fine, it’s just small – so be advised. We’re talking cruise ship shower small. I think it’s worth the money, and like I said the communication and location are great. Just be aware of the above of if any of that is important to you.

The place was really nice. One main problem: The owner didn’t tell me that they would have a cleaner knocking on the on the door every day at around 11am to try and clean. This really disrupted our experience as we were going to a wedding and pre-wedding dinner so we were having very late nights and wanted to enjoy slow mornings before getting ready and going out for the next days activities. I had to get up three of the mornings to say we are still in bed?? Really annoying and if she had said before hand upon check-in, we would have said we DO NOT require this. I felt like I was answering to my mum as to why I wasn’t up and out of the house yet. Kind of bizarre. Everything else was ok.. except there IS NO BREAKFAST! It lists breakfast as provided which is not true - it’s a few packets of crisps. Also kind of bizarre.

Fabulous accomodation

This accomodation was great! Just as good or better than the photos - super clean and well kept. Our room was made and cleaned everyday. Serena was so friendly and super responsive whenever we had a question throughout our stay. Location was also very handy. Would definitely stay again
