Location is exceptional - it is close to everything. Hotel is newly renovated, extremely clean. Great air conditioning. The best part was the receptionist who gave us amazing suggestions on where to eat. Very helpful and friendly. The room we had was small, however, we knew beforehand it was small, so not a surprise. Overall, an amazing experience!

Great location close to shopping, restaurants, the train station, and ferries (via the public elevator). Perfect for experiencing Sorrento without a car. Our room faced the street, which is very lively at night. It didn't bother us, but not recommended for people who need absolute quiet. We had a fabulous stay.

The rooms are beautiful! Such a fantastic location and Vivienne is absolutely incredible and made us feel like family! We had a deluxe queen room complete with a balcony. The room had high ceilings which were beautifully painted, however the room was quite small and we had difficulty navigating our luggage in the tight space. The balcony was a nice to have although it was only big enough for one person to stand out there, no room for sitting with a chair or with two people. We will definitely be booking to stay at Palazzo Tasso again!

Clean, friendly staff, perfect location, comfortable accommodations. But our room was loud from others on the main walk until at least 2am and starting again around 6am when cleaning crews where out.
