「I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. 「Cool stay in a cute suburb type neighborhood, local shopping is nearby. Didn’t realize it was so far from the city but that’s ok. Nice and private, spacious apartment style. Only suggestion would be a better shower head. Overall a great stay!」

「We brought our 11 month old on her first family weekend trip, and this place was perfect. We love New Hope and know it well, and this was a nice distance from there to accommodate naps and doing some sightseeing. Super close access to the canal trails, and the most awesome porch. We spent most of our time out there when at the rental!」

「Wonderful house, just as advertised. My brothers and I had a great time getting away. Walking distance to downtown and close to many activities including the bike trail. Host was very responsive on an early checkin when a few of us arrived in town early, and went out of her way to return a couple things we left there. 」
