「Fabulous place and facilities - just wonderful!
Only thing that I would have found useful to know prior to arrival is that you only get starter provisions such as shampoo, toilet roll & washing up liquid so if staying longer than a couple of days you will need to stock up on more of these.」

Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for」
