“The room was very clean and well built. I didn’t once hear other guests in other rooms. The staff was kind. Wish there was a good breakfast option in lobby. Also, would suggest the person checking you in would mention the sky deck on 5th floor. It’s an amazing view of the city. I wouldn’t have know if I didn’t bump into a staff member and struck up a conversation. Also, i didn’t catch that parking was 36.00 a day when booking. It added another 108.00 to my stay.”

“We loved the room, club room, lobby etc. However our room never cooled off, we talked to the front desk after lowering it ourselves and they actually control it. They lowered it but it never dropped as they said it would. We noticed an A/C repairman on the property after our conversation but it still never cooled off.”

“First time in Austin, and we picked this hotel because it was so close to Barton Creek and lots of food places. Little did we know we’d end up staying at one of the most unique hotels we’ve ever experienced. My wife absolutely loves plants, so this place was a dream for her. The beautiful gardens, red brick walls, open layout, spotless rooms, and incredible attention to detail immediately caught our attention. The café and cozy sitting areas were perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee, and……
