“The place is cheaper than anything downtown. It is clean and new.
Unfortunately, there is no onsite staff (everything operates via a web portal). I had no hot water during my 2-day stay. I reported this via email and there was a prompt response, saying it had been forwarded to onsite maintenance. After that, no one contacted me and nothing changed. Other guests did have hot water, so it would have been easy enough to switch me to another room.
When I contacted them a second time, they offered……

“We didn't use the pool. We did walk the back nine of the golf course early and it was enjoyable. The place is super cozy, clean and has everything you may need. The king bed was so comfortable. Will definitely be back. It's close to Bellaire, Boyne Mountain (30min) and traverse City (55 min.) all cool places for day trips! ”

“Nice fixtures and furniture, very clean and approachable. Plenty of space for groups to gather (large room with fireplace, TV room in the back, and gaming area on the 2nd floor). Kitchen was very small, I imagine it would be fine if using the grill outside in the warmer months. Counterspace is at a minimum so maybe a giant coffee maker AND ice nugget machine isn't the best budget for space. Tub in primary bathroom has jets, but they do not function. I messaged owners to inquire about firewood……
