“We had high expectations but unfortunately things didn't go so well. Start w/the good - it's spacious & conveniently located-quick walk to Church St was great & so was free parking. Sat morning we went to make breakfast & found dirty dishes in the cabinet-They had food & grease stuck on them. We were grossed out and wondered how clean the rest of the place was if someone had put dirty/greasy dishes away. We also found ants in the bed. Not great. We immediately messaged the prop manager. “This house was immaculately clean and had a lot of room. It’s in a convenient location. We were able to enjoy Lake Champlain boat ride, Ben & Jerry Factory Tour, VT Teddy Bear Factory Tour and some nice local restaurants. Definitely recommend!”

Downtown Burlington is a short drive away and Colchester had a lot of outdoor trails and parks to explore as well. We’ll be back!”

“What was Dissapointing: The pictures misrepresented the home. Paint is chipping on all four sides of the home so be careful of kids and fur babies eating paint chips off the ground. 2. Second floor bedroom has a brick trip hazard with the fireplace awkwardly in the doorway. 3. Other second floor bedroom had a broken bed. 4. Large black ants in the kitchen and beetles were everywhere in corners and even the shower. 5. No one had raked leaves, organized campfire ring of stones or put yard in……
