“The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good”

“Advertised as on the harbor, it was actually two parking lots away from the harbor. The elevator was pathetic: small, slow, and dirty, and the landing was dirty. Bird crap on the windows and the view from the other window was gross; the rooftop was several floors below. The room was ok. TV sound and CC didn't work, and two attempts to ask for help resulted in nothing. On the plus side, the location was nice, the room was big and clean, and the front desk staff were nice.”

“The furniture was very comfortable however, it has reached time for replacement due to stains that are no longer cleanable. The room itself was clean and very functional. The staff was kind and efficient. Parking was great.”

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……

“Comfortable beds and spacious room!!”

“Everything went well until I went to use the shower mat and a large amount of hair fell out from a previous guest. Not a deal breaker but thought I’d bring it up so others are aware.”

“I got an old, dirty and smelly room. But the front desk service and the restaurant are not bad.”

“The house played host to a number of kids soccer teams, that were incredibly noisy. A phone call to the front desk did no help. Also the elevator was out of service all week, and lm 72 yrs old with a cane and traversing the stairway was difficult.”

“I do believe that this is a more place where they house transitional people. The room was clean, but it just had sheets no blankets. There was no coffee and the vending machine was down. It might be worth to pay a little more and get the amenities.”
