This classic home sits a block off Main Street in South Chatham, just three-quarters of a mile from the shores of Forest Beach. Spend your days swimming and building sandcastles at Cockle Cove Beach one mile southeast, enjoy a change of scenery at Lighthouse Beach five miles east, and spend your evenings rooting for the Chatham Anglers at Veterans Field four miles east.

Rinse off the day's sand in the outdoor shower, leave your beach bag by the door, and come inside to enjoy the conveniences of free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and a full, open kitchen (with a dishwasher) for whipping up cold drinks and appetizers. Get the gas grill going on the patio, sit on the deck to share stories of the day's adventures, and end the evening with cable and DVD movies.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
