「We recently stayed there for a week on the shoulder season this fall. First few days were cold and rainy, but putting a kettle on kept the place comfortable and warm. Even provided extra blankets for cold nights. We had everything we needed right there and sat outside on sunny days and even got in a beach day when the weather got into the 70's later in the week. Central to the Cape and steps away from the ocean, made for a lasting memory for us and our puppy!」

「Juxtaposition to the beach is unparalleled. The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable- quintessential Cape Cod feel. The beds were very comfortable and clean. 「This is kind of an older property and it is in probably the busiest area of the Cape. I probably wouldn't choose to be right on 28 again, but it is centrally located and that is a plus for some people. I found the staff to be helpful. We were allowed to check out a half hour late, and I also realized I had left a personal item and came back for it two days later. I went in and asked at the desk, and he went to the back and found it. So housekeeping had turned it in and they had kept it for me....
