“The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat……

“The cottage is in an ideal location but is tired and in need of a little love. Whilst the beds were comfy, the bed linen and general furniture felt very worn. We loved the history and position of the cottage and it was great for a 2 night stay with my children. It's important to note that you cannot park near the cottage and have to approach on foot up a very steep alley. Views from the garden were spectacular. ”

“Had an amazing stay at Ship in Dock Inn. The owner had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Lots of little extra details that you don't get in most places. “The house is large, bright and well appointed with modern bathrooms. It has a patio within the complex but no view although there is a communal bench outside with a lovely estuary view which we used frequently. It only has electric storage heaters which were impossible to work out hence the house was cold at times. The allocated numbered car park space within the complex is on a slope and a dip so was totally unsuitable for our low car, scraped the front. We used a different space as it was……
