「The location, parking, and staff were nice. We were a few minutes late to check in due to some traffic, and after some communication, they stayed the extra time to give us our room key. Great coffee and breakfast place across the street. A few downsides were the bugs in the windows inside the screens so we couldn’t open window/doors for fresh air, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. It was a good place on a budget and for a one night stay in the off-season.」

「There are A LOT of stairs. Once you get into the unit you get more death trap stairs. I guess it’s just a fun New England feature but be aware it’s not accessible for everyone! You should tell people to drop off their luggage in front before parking in back.
The lady next door was more helpful finding the place than the owner. You need better signs in the doors. You can barely read “2” especially in the dark. The doors definitely need better marking. Otherwise good with all the appliances you...

「The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. 」
