「Front desk female was slow but helpful, when my college age daughters checked in later as planned the male at the front desk male couldn't be bothered to give them a key said ``go knock on her door``. Coffee is pretty bad, would prefer to not have breakfast is the cost could be lower. When we got up about 7 am, our one key no longer worked. Beds were fine, it was a very affordable price at convenient location McDonalds, Taco John's , Walmart, Menards, Aldi, Goodwill and Savers! Would stay...

Andy is aJeyill and Hyde mentality personality! He is intoxicated will on the job, swears a lot and is quick to call the police on people and have them kicked out! Days that he is sober he is decent to deal with. The management is been watched throwing peoples mail away!」

「Our meet and greet was great! And the place is a very nice looking Mansion. But entering the room it was hot to both of us. We started the small window AC in the living room and the vented stand along AC in the bedroom. It took quite a while to cool off. We decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and not only did it not work, we made ourselves even more hot. I went to shave and the bathroom sink is " clogged" not just slowly draining as I could run hot water very long before it was full. Unfortunately...

「Parking is across street, not convenient for checking in and out. Elevators are only available with your key card and only one of two worked. No stairway access to rooms so even lower floors need to use the elevator and when one was out it took 10 minutes to get up to your room. Parking is extra $5 per day.」
